FAQ
How long before I receive my images?
Turn around time is up to two weeks. In very busy times, this may be longer. If you have a specific deadline, let me know and I will let you know if I can get it done in time.
What does your pricing include?
There is a $200 session fee (except for social media and pet photography) payable at the time of booking. Then I have tiered pricing that includes the listed number of high resolution digital downloads. These are yours to keep forever. That way, you get what you want, at a price that works for you.
Superb quality prints and extra digital downloads are available for purchase. If you have booked a STUDIO session, the fee also includes access to my baby-wardrobe (sizes 0000-2). I can send you photos of what I have available in the size you need, so just let me know.
How long does each session take?
Most take from 45minutes to 1hour. if you have children, I tend to follow how they are, some children thrive under the spotlight, and others would rather have some space. If your baby needs a break, just let me know. Sunset is the only thing that won't wait for us, but around that specific 10 minutes or so, we can meander and take our time. Prefer we just get it over it? No worries, we can do that too!
Mini sessions are from 15-20 minutes.
How do I book?
You are able to book through the “BOOK NOW” button on my website. If you want to book social media photography or pet photography, or if you want to chat first, you can get in touch via the CONTACT form, or email me directly at hello@ellenjunephotoraphy.com.au
How do I pay?
A $200 session fee is required via online payment when you book. once you decide how many digital files you would like, the remainder of the session fee is due by the date of your booking. You will receive an emailed invoice which you can pay via a secure, online method.
What if I don't want my child's picture on the internet?
Your photos are delivered via a password-protected, online gallery. I delete any copies of your photos one day after your gallery expiration date. So please download them right away!
As a small business, people need to see my work so they want to book with me! In saying that, nothing is more important than the safety of your children. If you would prefer I only showcase faceless photos of your family (e.g., photos from behind or looking down) please let me know.
What if the weather sucks?
No one can control the weather, and no one likes being out in the cold. Even worse if it's windy. Anything over 15km winds means we will reschedule. Light rain is OK, but if it's anything more than fluffy rain, we will reschedule. Trust me, it's worth the wait.
I'm flexible with when we reschedule and will work with you to find a date and time that suits us both.
